SKA St Petersburg will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the West Conference when they travel take on East side Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the Kontinental Hockey League.
Metallurg are currently third on the East Conference ladder with 80 points after winning 25 matches in normal time, one over time win and one shootout victory.
SKA, on the other hand, are top of the West Conference with an amazing 96 points after 27 normal time wins, one over time success and four shootout victories.
The home side head into this clash on the back of a home 2-1 win against Avangard, while SKA edged out AK Bars 6-5 in a shootout.
