Sydney Kings out to shoot down Wollongong Hawks in NBL
The Sydney Kings finally put an end to their winless start in the Australian National Basketball League last Friday and they hope to chalk up another win against the Wollongong Hawks on Sunday.
Julian Khazzouh was unstoppable for the Kings as he led them past the Adelaide 36ers 94-71. The prized big man powered his way to 26 points and 13 rebounds as the Kings claimed their first win in the new season. Aaron Bruce and import Kevin Ratzsch were also impressive for Sydney in that game. The trio is again expected to step up along with the likes of Anatoly Bose, Jerai Grant and Ben Madgen.
Wollongong, meanwhile, is out to bounce back after being walloped by the Gold Coast Blaze 58-83 in its last game. Joevan Catron led the Hawks with 13 points. Rhys Martin, Mat Campbell and Larry Davidson should step up if the Hawks are to nail their second win in four games.
