One more win and the Talk N Text Tropang Texters will add another silverware in its treasure chest. And that clinching win could come on Friday when they face the Powerade Tigers in Game 4 of their PBA Philippine Cup final series.

TNT moved a win away from winning the All-Filipino crown after surviving the Tigers 133-126 in overtime last night. Jayson Castro and Ranidel De Ocampo stepped up in the extra period to secure the win for the Tigers. The two players orchestrated a 6-0 start to keep the Tigers at bay for the remainder of the game.

De Ocampo redeemed himself after committing a crucial turnover at the end of regulation that allowed the Tigers to force overtime. The versatile forward bungled on his inbound pass as JV Casio stole the ball and made a dash towards the other end to nail the game-tying trey.

It was a painful defeat for the Tigers, who led by as many as 10 points in the fourth before TNT rallied back behind the heroics of De Ocampo and Alapag.

De Ocampo finished with 21 points, including 17 in the fourth quarter and overtime. Larry Fonacier led TNT with 25 points. Ryan Reyes, Ali Peek, Kelly Williams, Castro and Alapag also tallied in double digits.

Gary David led the Tigers with 36 points while Marcio Lassiter and Sean Anthony added 25 each.

"I think we just have to keep our focus the next game. It's still not over. We still have to take the final steps," TNT head coach Chot Reyes said.

"But this was the biggest step in our objective. The important thing in this game was we stopped them when it counted."
