Robert Paxton will be looking to move out on his own at the top of the Super 8 Series Bowls leader board when he takes to the floor on Monday.
The four players in action on Monday are Robert Paxton, Mark Dawes, Mark Royal and Robert Weale - so it is safe to say that either Mark or Robert will take the maximum points.
The opening game of the day sees the two Mark’s take to the floor with Dawes and Royal meeting at 0800 BST, while Paxton and Weale will do battle one hour later.
Paxton is currently level at the top of the rankings list with 400 points alongside Nick Brett and Paxton will be looking to take a bit of a lead.
Dawes and Royal are in joint eighth with 275 points, while Weale is trailing down in 16th spot with only 100 points to his name.
The Super 8 Series Bowls sees 16 world class players battle it out over a series of weeks in a bid to be crowned the 2012 Super 8 Series Champion of Champions.
There are 16 weeks of competitive action and on Monday and Tuesday the tournament resumes with competitors fighting to qualify for the Champion of Champions event.
After all four Super 8 Series Tournaments have been completed, points are accumulated from all events participated in which define a player’s place in the order of merit table.
