Steve Douglas faces debutant Paul Jennings to kick off the action at 5.15pm; Douglas dumped Gary Robson out in straight sets in round one, while Jennings defeated Gary Thompson in another upset.
The duo meet for a place in the Quarter-Finals in a what promises to be a close-run opener.
Robbie 'Kong' Green takes on Dutch star Wesley Harms to follow; England international Green edged out Darryl Fitton in his first match and faces another tough challange against the ever-improving Harms.
Martin Adams continues the defence of his title against Gary Stone at 7:45pm; Adams is hot favourite to progress against outsider Stone, who is flying the flag for Scotland.
The main match of the night sees crowd favourite Tony O'Shea take to the stage to play Ross Montgomery in another England v Scotland showdown.
Both players began strongly in their opening games and have been tipped as outsiders for the title. The bookmakers make O'Shea slight favourite, but faces a tough test from veteran Montgomery.
