The World Grand Prix Darts Final takes place in Dublin on Sunday with Phil Taylor looking to pick up his 10th title when he faces Brendan Dolan.
The 14th World Grand Prix is staged at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin until Sunday October 9 and has seen 32 of the world’s best players taking part in the famous double-start event.
Many expected the Dublin Final to be a Phil Taylor versus James Wade affair, but the reigning champion fell in the last four as Northern Irishman Dolan failed to read the script and dumped the Machine out.
Dolan played the game of his life, including his first ever nine-dart finish, to secure a 5-2 success and he is now 9/1 with Bet365 to take out the title.
His opponent though will be no easy match as Taylor looks to add another piece of silverware in his already bursting trophy cabinet.
Taylor marched into the final with a 5-2 win over Richie Burnett and like he has been for the whole tournament he is odds-on to take home the prize and can be backed at 1/20.
