Arsenal will host the Emirates Cup this weekend with Boca Juniors, Paris Saint-Germain and New York Red Bulls also taking part.
The Emirates Cup is a pre-season friendly tournament held over two days at the Emirates Stadium – home of Premier League side Arsenal – with four matches taking place altogether.
The format is based on the popular Amsterdam Tournament which will see all teams play two matches, three points are handed out for a win, one for a draw and each club gains a point for every goal scored. If the teams are eventually tied on points, goal difference and goals scored then the winner is selected by the total shots on target throughout the competition.
Arsenal are the holders of the tournament and will be looking to win the trophy for the fourth time following wins in 2007, 2009 and 2010.
The tournament will kick-off at 1400 BST on Saturday with Gunners legend Thierry Henry leading out his New York Red Bulls to take on French giants Paris Saint-Germain, before the hosts take to the field to open their campaign against Boca Juniors at 1620.
On the Sunday Boca Juniors face PSG before Henry faces his former team-mates as Arsenal end the competition against New York Red Bulls.
