Barcelona must put all thoughts of next week's showdown with Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey out of mind when they face Real Betis in the Primera Division this evening.
With Real moving eight points clear at the top of the table following Saturday night's 2-1 win over Mallorca, this is a crucial fixture for Barca, who cannot afford to lose further ground in the title race to the capital powerhouse.
Barca have won their last seven competitive matches at the Nou Camp, finding the net 35 times and remarkably conceding none in the process.
Betis should be a tougher proposition however, as they look to be getting back on track after a poor run of form. The Andalusian side have won four of their last five league and cup games. The match kicks off at 20:30 GMT and will be streamed live at William Hill.
Diego Simeone takes charge of Atletico Madrid for the second time earlier in the day (11:00) against Villarreal, hoping to go one better than their goalless stalemate at Malaga last time out.
The hosts have an outstanding record in head-to-heads between the two having won seven of their last ten meetings, and with the visitors on a nine game winless streak, Simeone can expect his first win at the club.
In other live streaming Primera Division matches on Sunday Osasuna play host to Racing Santander at 15:00, Athletic Bilbao take on Levante at 17:00, while Sporting Gijon face Malaga at 18:45.
