Serbia v Croatia live streaming handball is available on Friday from the EHF European Handball Championship semi-finals.
Former Yugoslav states Serbia and Croatia face off in the European Handball Championship semifinals in Belgrade on Friday.
The Serbians topped Group I of the Main Round with seven points. They drew Germany 21-21 in their first match but bounced with a 24-21 win over Sweden. The hosts, however, lost to Macedonia 19-22 in their final Main Round fixture.
“Congratulations to the Macedonian team for an excellent match. I told my players in the dressing room these matches were the most difficult to play because we had nothing to win while they had everything to lose. We were focused on Friday’s semi-final with Croatia so we have nothing to be disappointed about," Serbia coach Veselin Vukovic said.
Serbia is targeting its first ever European title. Their best finish was third, which they achieved in 1996 when they were still known as Yugoslavia.
The Croatians, meanwhile, finished second to Spain in Group II with seven points. They lost to the Spaniards 22-24 in their first match in the Main Round but beat France 29-22 in their next match. They ended the round with a 24-24 draw against Hungary.
"With the big challenge already in our heads I rested some key players to save as much energy as possible for our semi-final against Serbia," Croatia coach Slavko Goluza said.
"The main tactic in the semi-final will be to fight for every ball as if it is the decisive one. We will give our heart in this match and the Croatian people have big hearts."
Croatia finished runner-up in the last two stagings of the European Championship. They lost to Denmark in the 2008 final and bowed to France two years ago in Austria.
