The final day of the Mosconi Cup will be streamed live tonight from Las Vegas with Europe needing just one more point to retain the trophy.
Europe are in pole position in the Mosconi Cup as they surged into a 10-5 lead against USA on day three of the tournament at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in the first to 11 format.
After three days of intense action the final day sees six singles matches take place and the tournament could be over after the first game with Europe needing just one more win.
The first five matches sees all players compete with the captains getting the final pick for the last match of the evening.
Saturday’s action saw Europe dominate from start to finish as they went from 6-4 in front to lead 10-5 by the close of play.
The Americans entered the day with high hopes after a promising performance on Saturday, but they were battered from start to finish with only Shane Van Boening contributing to the Americans points total.
Needing a great start to the day, the USA lost an exciting opener as Darren Appleton and Niels Feijen got the better of Mike Dechaine and Shawn Putnam by 6-3.
The first singles clash of the day saw Europe’s Appleton get the better of Putman with a convincing 6-2 triumph, before Europe then made it 9-4 overall after Feijen and Ralf Souquet destroyed the American duo of Johnny Archer and Rodney Morris.
Shane Van Boening finally stopped the rot and ensured a final day's play as he endured a torrid match against Nick Van den Berg that went all the way to a decider.
Van Boening had led 5-2 at one stage but the plucky Dutchman fought back to level it at 5-5 and breaking in the final rack he found himself favourite. But Van Boening kept his nerve to pull the match back to 9-5.
Chris Melling then took Europe to within one point of winning the Mosconi Cup when he took Mike Dchaine apart with a 6-2 success.
