Wales star Williams is suffering from a shoulder problem and will have a late fitness test before the clash, while the hosts will welcome back Adam Jones to the front row after recovering from a neck problem.

Ospreys, who are defending an unbeaten home record this season, are without injured full-back Richard Fussell and lock Ian Evans (both ankle).
Cardiff are without centre Jamie Roberts and prop dup Gethin Jenkins and Taufa’ao Filise, while Gavin Henson will start at full-back on his return to face his old club at the Liberty Stadium.
Roberts suffered a knee injury after coming on in the win Newport Gwent Dragons and they are hopeful he will be fit to face London Irish in the Heineken Cup on Saturday, 14 January.
