The Table Tennis Challenger Series continues in Ochsenhausen on Tuesday.
The highest ranked player taking part this week is Czech star Radek Mrkvicka who is sitting in 10th spot with 500 points and will be looking for a good week in order to give him a fighting chance of making the top eight.
The next best ranked players are both in 12th place with 480 points with Hungarian Lehel Demeter and Czech Republic ace Marek Klasek both looking to improve their points tally.
The Table Tennis Challenger Series is a weekly event which runs from Monday until Wednesday this week, with eight of the world’s best table tennis players taking to the table.
After the weekly rounds have been completed the top eight players compete in a Final Tournament to determine an overall winner – players have to compete in at least 10 tournaments to qualify for the final.
The overall rankings sees Thomas Keinath lead the way as the Slovakian has collected an amazing 3300 points from six tournaments.
