Andy Murray continues his quest for a third straight Australian Open final appearance when he takes to the court on Monday.
The fourth-seeded Briton, beaten in the last two finals, will go head-to-head with Kazakhstan’s Mikhail Kukushkin in the fourth round, with the winner to face either Kei Nishikori or Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the quarter-finals.
World number one Novak Djokovic is looking to start 2012 with a bang following his rise to the top in 2011. The Serb faces home favourite Lleyton Hewitt in round four, and the winner will meet either Richard Gasquet or David Ferrer for a place in the semi-finals.
There are also some big names in action in the women’s draw, with Ana Ivanovic, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova all scheduled to play on Monday.
