Karim Darwish and Mohamed El Shorbagy will battle it out today for a place in the semi-finals of the PSA World Series Finals at The Queen’s Club in London.
The PSA World Series Finals are being staged at The Queen’s Club in London with the top eight male and female players in the world.
The players are split into two pools of four with all male eight players competing on each of the first three days of the Finals.
Group One consists of Darwish, El Shorbagy, James Willstrop and Mohamed Azlan Iskandar with Willstrop the only player to have qualified for the semi-finals.
Darwish tasted a defeat against world number on Willstrop on the opening day of the tournament before bouncing back to claim an 11-4 8-11 11-5 win over Azlan Iskandar.
El Shorbagy got off to a dream start with a victory over Azlan Iskandar before crashing back down to earth after being beaten 11-7 11-6 against Willstrop on Thursday.
This should be an entertaining battle with the winner moving on to the semi-finals.
