James Wade will be looking to avenge his World Championships semi final defeat when he takes on Adrian Lewis in Glasgow on Thursday.
James Wade collapsed against Adrian Lewis in the semi finals of the World Darts Championship earlier in the year, losing 6-5 after being 5-1 up and 'The Machine' has struggled to come to terms with that defeat.
Wade began the Premier League season in a slump and lost his first three matches but he has since managed to win his most recent ties, beating Kevin Painter and Raymond Van Barneveld 8-6 in Exeter and Brighton.
However, the Englishman should have won both of those matches comfortably and the tight scores were simply further evidence of his mental fragility, which Lewis will be determined to exploit in Glasgow on Thursday night and it is 5/4 that Jackpot claims another win over his rival.
Wade is 5/4 to get revenge on Lewis but one would worry about how he will approach the game. Lewis may be yet to win a Premier League match this season but his ability to hit 180s cannot be under-estimated and he will be the player that comes into Thursday match believing that he can win, which could be the crucial factor in Glasgow.
