Reigning A-League champions Brisbane Roar face Ulsan Hyundai in the Asian Champions League on Wednesday morning.
Ulsan began their 2012 K-League campaign in fine form, taking maximum points from their opening three matches. A subsequent loss and draw has left them fourth in the table.
In the ACL they've registered a win and draw leaving them second to Tokyo in Group F on goal difference.
Brisbane are appearing in their first ever Champions League campaign and it could be argued that the pursuit of back-to-back domestic titles has hampered their continental ambitions. They've only mustered a point thus far, from their trip to Beijing last time out, and are bottom of the table.
They come into Wednesday's match on the back of a 2-0 win in the first leg of their semi-final with the Central Coast Mariners last Friday and could well have one eye on Sunday's second leg.
Ulsan's preparations came in the form of a 2-2 draw with Sangju Sangmu on Saturday.
