Bulgaria takes on winless Portugal in the FIVB World League in Buenos Aires tonight.
Both teams opened Week 2 of Pool D on a losing note.
Bulgaria lost to host Argentina 22-25 26-24 21-25 17-25 yesterday.
Tsvetan Sokolov paced the Bulgarians with 19 points.
"It is the first time these six players have played together and considering this fact I am satisfied with their output. We made many mistakes losing the control of the match while Argentina got the lead," Bulgaria coach Nayden Naydenov said.
Portugal, meanwhile, bowed to Germany 17-25 20-25 25-23 19-25 to drop to 0-4.
Valdir Sequeira paced the Portuguese with 22 points.
"I am somehow disappointed because our team showed many ups and downs, but this a young team and it's normal. I'm happy we won our first set in this World League and we want to keep on that way," Portugal coach Flavio Gulinelli said.
