Game Variety
William Hill Poker offers a lot of standard poker games for their players, ranging from Texas Hold’em to Stud, and all games can be played in USD, GBP or EUR. No Limit, Fixed Limit and Pot Limit are available in Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, 7-Card Stud and 7-Card Stud Hi-Lo. Stakes, which are available in all currencies, range from small (0.10/0.25) to large (5/10 NLHE and 100/200 Fixed). Short handed games and heads up games are available along with full table games.
Traffic
European peak hours are the heaviest when it comes to ring game traffic, which tops 2,000 at the peak. Hold’em games are the most frequented, although Omaha and the Stud games have their players as well.
Rake
A standard rake of 5% is taken at Will Hill at every pot over $5/£5, up to a max of $3/£3, but at lower level games the rake is higher than the standard. There is a no flop/no drop policy, so hands that are resolved pre flop are rake-free, but GBP tables tend to have higher rakes than other currencies.
Competition
William Hill Poker has a good amount of soft competition from players funneled in from Cryptologic partners, as well as sportsbook and casino players. Viewed flop percentages at many games hover around the 50% mark.
